Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and the funds held in them will be forfeited and all bonuses will be cancelled.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided at registration — name, address, mobile number, date of birth — must be completely truthful and accurate. If false information is provided, vg333 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance without notice.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
03 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
vg333 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions made in a third party's name or from someone else's account are strictly prohibited.
Minimum Limits
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. No transactions below these limits will be processed.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Withdrawal Conditions
Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. vg333 may request additional documents for security checks before processing a withdrawal request. If any suspicious activity is detected, a withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.
04 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus
New members at vg333 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 and a total balance of ৳2,000; a deposit of ৳18,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and a total of ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirement
After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only — not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 total wagering required before withdrawal.
General Bonus Rules
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonuses have a specific validity period. Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the conditions have been met.
- vg333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or fraud is suspected.
05 Betting & Game Rules
Betting Rules
All bets are considered final once confirmed. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, vg333 reserves the right to cancel it and refund the stake. Specific game rules apply to all sports betting markets, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
Technical Issues
vg333 is not obligated to compensate for any loss caused by internet disconnection or server issues during gameplay. However, in the case of a clear system error, the game round may be cancelled and the stake returned.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination if detected:
- Bonus abuse or "bonus hunting".
- Placing bets on both sides of the same event to make a risk-free profit (arbitrage betting).
- Artificial betting or collusion.
- Using automation software or bots.
- Using the platform for money laundering.
